Monthly or yearly? +
Both. Yearly subscriptions save roughly 18% over monthly — the savings are baked into the per-month numbers shown when the toggle is set to yearly.
What counts as a "project"? +
A project is one workflow with its own templates, data sources, and output cadence. A monthly client report for one client is one project. A QBR pipeline running across all customers is also one project. If you have two distinct workflows that share nothing — different templates, different data, different outputs — that's two projects.
Is the API available on every tier? +
Yes. API access is included on Small, Medium and Enterprise. The difference is rate limits and the integrations enabled at your tier.
Can I change plan later? +
Yes. Upgrading is prorated to the day; downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle. Switching billing cadence (monthly to yearly or back) is supported at any time.
What if my workflow needs more than Medium allows? +
Move to Enterprise. We custom-quote for high-volume, regulated, or bespoke-integration deployments. Most teams who outgrow Medium do so because they need a custom data source or output format, not because of generation volume.
